first off is this plant still called u.vulgaris or is it now called Utricularia macrorhiza?.....also i went to this website : www.calflora.org/cgi-bin/species_query.cgi?where-calrecnum=8192 and it says that u.vulgaris grows in sanbernardino county....but i live here and i have never seen it growing wild......i guess i probally havent looked hard enough but still where bouts in sanbernardino does it grow cause i havent seen it........also anyone know of any other cp's that live in sanbernardino county?

The U. vulgaris referred to as growing in his county would be U. macrorhiza. The U. vulgaris seed that I have is allegedly U. vulgaris from Europe and I'm still hoping that it germinates. I did recently acquire U. macrorhiza from Illinois. Your link is much more comprehensive than the site I listed.

ok i see so they are very similiar but are not the same species.......so the species in sanbernardino county in cali is u.macrorhiza....
