okay so im quickly learning that the dropping of the heat lamp did more then just break the center pitcher...it bruised all the pitchers on the 2 plants except for one pitcher...now the ones that were bruised are wilting and turning brown the one the wasnt is looking good but the very tip of its pitcher has a little bit of coloration whereas it used to be completely green before.....is the plant dying or is it going dormant or a combo...also i think i read on here that when they go dormant the grow leaves without pitchers...only one of my plant has that and its only one leaf thats really low on the plant closer to the roots ...so its not a new leaf....should i trim the pitchers of the plant and just leave the crown in moist long fiber spagnum? or what...im sorry but im overly confused on what to do......

One part sand to one part peat keep it wet while growing Damp when its dormant. Sounds like its about 1 year old so dormancy isnt required.

Sounds a nice plant.
You'll have difficulty preventing it from going dormant unless you keep it warm and give it 12+ hours of light. A one year old plant will go dormant if you let it, but it's optional to force it to stay awake.

okay so the plants have been doing great except for one little prob....today I was moving some heat lamps around and dropped one on the plant and it broke the center pitcher. will the plant die or will it grow a new center pitcher?

Sarracenia grow new pitchers throughout the year. Damaging one pitcher won't harm the plant. There is no 'center pitcher' - they just grow pitchers and leaves along the rhizome. Sometimes the pitchers are big and sometimes they are small. It depends on the species and individual plant.

In my opinion, i would let the plants go dormant and keep the soil moist but not saturated during this time. You'll be rewarded with faster growth in the long run...
