Greetings to all! Has anyone here had success with storing Pinguicula pollen for future use in hybridization? Any clues on it's viability? Happy Growing, Brian.

Good luck- I asked the same question several months ago- No replys. As a guess, I'd say short term- 2 months or less stored in wax paper envelopes in the fridge may be the best shot. I may just give it a try myself! Dan

Hello! I´ve pollinated today one pinguicula flower with pollen, harvested on christmas 2007. Seems to be a long time, but perhaps with succes. I will let you know about the succes.
