okay so i ordered some utrics from a guy i met on worlofcarnivores and i got the plants in today and he gave me as a bonus a baby utric and some baby sarrs.......
but yeah okay so im waiting on a reply from him as to what species of ping it is but in the mean time what should i plant it in to ensure it lives and how often should i water it and how moist should it stay.

You should be able to tell if it's a mexican, temperate or warm temperate ping. Temperate ping - 2 parts peat one part sand. Warm temperate - read the thread on pinguicula primuliflora Dave listed a good soil mix Mexican - I use 2 parts vermiculite 2 parts perlite 1 part sand 1 part peat and some gypsum keep it wet but if its a mexican ping let it get somewhat dry between waterings.
