I've managed to get these clippings of a Sundew to take root in a tray of soggy sphagnum with the lid on, since it looks like they've taken root I figure the next step is to take the lid off to lower the humidity and begin acclimatising them to a normal growing environment. Is that right? Then at what stage do I move them to a standard CP pot

Start with opening the lid a little during the day for a week or so before you take it completely off. Watch that it remains wet enough. When the new growth is large enough (I would wait for at least 0.5 to 1 cm) put it in the permanent mix and pot.
