A D.Aldea plantlet came out of no where in one of my bog pots.I think it came from a piece of one of the other and much bigger D.Aldeas' leaf. Here are some pics of plantlet.

D. adelae propagates via root plantlets. It's just growing from the roots of the large plant nearby.

Oh that makes sense.Also do you think that I could let the drosera aldea sundews grow in 7-8 hour of direct sun light, and rest of the sun is shaded?Thanks for the help with finding out where the random baby sundew came from!

*adelae*, not aldea. And no, this is not a full sun species. While they can take fairly high light particularly compared to their relatives this is a Queensland rainforest plant, they expect conditions more similar to many Nepenthes and often with more shade.

Thanks for help!Sorry I am not that good at spelling.So I could put the plants further from the sun, and closer to my house now that I know that this is a little too much sun.
