I am new to Utricularia. I just traveled at Thale Noi waterbird non-hunting area at the top of Lake Songkhla in southern Thailand in August and found at least three aquatic Utricularia species growing side by side. One is obviously Utricularia aurea. The other two had tiny flowers, one with purple and another with yellow flowers. In this thread, I would like to show the pictures of the one with tiny purple flowers. The flower size is 3x2 mm. I picked a specimen to make close-up photos and noticed that on the first day there was a tiny thready spike which dried out and disappeared on the following day.
