The pitchers are too small and vague looking to give a label to the plant yet. If I were to guess, though, looking at the leaves I'd assume either N. ventricosa or more likely N. x ventrata

From what I have gathered that's what I was already in the area of. The seller had told me alata but having done research I was figuring it, like many was indeed mislabeled. Will update with pitchers in the future. Being my first nepenthe's does it look healthy?

It looks alright, though don't be surprised if it loses the pitchers and maybe a leaf or two before it acclimates, as that usually happens.

Thank you that is more of what I've been trying to find out what to expect after I receive it. I hyave only had it half a month so far and the company I bought it from was limited on their help. Good help but not much help. I have already read growing guides for the Alata, Ventricosa, and Ventrata. I just never found anything on what to expect unless it was seed grown. also how long might it take for new pitcher to form as all the originals have already dried and died. I did try the half inch of water method and it still happened.
