I was wondering if it would be possible to grow a dewy pine outdoors here in Stockton California. I read how it lives in arid climates so I thought the hot dry summers around here wouldn't be too much of a problem for it. Tips are appreciated if growing it outdoors would be even possible for me.
Thanks

Hey Chelmuth,
We grow Drosophyllum outdoors year-round in Davis. I'll let you compare weather.com data for Davis vs. Stockton. Our plants are kept in large pots, watered from above. They're near a lot of other plants, which may help keep them a little buffered on the really hot days. Other than that, they're in full sun.

I live in malibu ca and always grow mine outdoors. They also seem to tolerate hot days and full sun.
