Two weekends ago I went to Croatan National Forest with a friend and we explored a few different areas for any carnivorous plants we could find. I have been to Croatan multiple times but this is the first time I was really looking for plants that were different and unique. So without further ado here are the weird, odd, crazy plants that I found on my most recent trip in a succinct, easy to view thread. Here we go!
Animals

S. flava Ruffled Lid
S. flava var. heliamphoroides ;D
S. flava deformed
Pitcher Growing through a pitcher
S. flava Bullated Lid
S. flava line throat
S. flava Racing Stripes down the back
S. xCatesbaei
S. flava ‘Dunce Hat’ is what I would name it if I had the permits to collect in a national forest (one can dream)
