I have a few hundred D.Capensis of various forms around the greenhouse and I only collect seed from a couple of superior plants for further propagation. With the rest of them I cut off the flower stalk early to prevent this. Cutting off the flowers also results in a larger more robust plant in the end, so its a win win situation. The seedlings that you can see are just the early first round, they'll be popping up in your pots for quite some time to come.

They can be a bit pesky, but what a wonderful weed. I find in the nursery if we get low on them I can always salvage plants out of other pots for propagation material. We have a similar situation with D. filiformis outdoors. If only D. regia could be so prolific.

You might want to consider resizing your photos just a tad before posting them...
