Just wanted to post a picture of my utrics. I got a U. nelumbifolia from Wistuba in germany some time ago. And i had it put into a fish bowl with sphagnum slurry and a thin layer of peat for acidity. The plant seems to be talking off and looks awesome, my idea was it would over run the bowl and you can see the traps in the sides of it. SO far so good, its getting quite large and taking over the bowl. I also have a U. sandersonii, however i divided it up, and unfortunatly the pots dried out at least the mother plant is still okay! , My plants are to now utilize a hexagon aquarium I have, and make a utricularia tank, with some other cps that will handle lower light. im planning on using a grid to seperate the moss from the water at the bottom, and i will have a small aquarium filter that makes a waterfall into the moss to keep things wet. I am planing to let my nelumbifolia, and sandersonii loose in there, I am thinking it would look quite dramatic with driftwood and sundews. as soon as i get back from 4x4ing this weekend i will set it up! and i will post some more pictures soon. ;D img830.imageshack.us/img830/8966/pics006.jpgimg38.imageshack.us/img38/900/pics007lf.jpg
