I'm totally new to growing Darlingtonia. Earlier this year I bought these plants online. picasaweb.google.com/lh/photo/cxi60I5xRM_RH3Kdarfr2QcWbimfhrxZI8P_Z3XNM54?feat=directlinkThe plastic pot containing the growth medium is about 5 inches deep, maybe 4 inches diameter. It sits inside another plastic pot that serves as the water tray. The plants were winter dormant when they arrived, but as you can see they've gotten larger now. I'm wondering if I need to pot them up, or perhaps just give each plant its own pot?

Don't repot this year, most likely they'll go into shock. Instead, I would try switching that outside pot with a white or lightly-colored one to reflect off sunlight that would heat up the soil, and make sure to topwater daily.
You should also read through the cultivation threads in this forum to get an idea of how to grow Darlingtonia.

Those plants look a good size to get into seperate pots or simply transplant the whole into a larger pot, your choice. Either way they should do fine.
