I have been waiting to join the ICPS for 3 years and now I finally have! ;D I am a moderately experienced grower and have been growing for 8 years. I have a good outdoor and indoor collection including (lots) of Sarracenia, Drosera, a few Dionaea. Indoors, i have Heliamphora, Cephalotus, Drosera, Utricularia and several Nepenthes. I used to have a Brocchinia reducta, but my grandma took it from me. My dad is also getting into these plants and has allowed me to expand my indoor collection to two rooms. I currently have 17 species of tropical Drosera, 15 species of Nepenthes, 3 species of Mexican Pinguicula, two species of Utricularia, a Heliamphora heterodoxa and a Cephalotus. The outdoor bog has grown so I can not count the plants but I know that I have flytraps, Sarracenia, and Drosera in there. There are also non carnivores in there too. Before you say anything, I am entirely responsible for these plants and take care of them very well. I will appreciate any information from anyone in the future!

Welcome. It appears that you already have a good experience growing CPs and can probably give advice to many. It would be helpful if you would add your location in your profile.

Hello and welcome to you turkeypig. I really feel the enthusiasm in your post. It's absolutely wonderful when people like you hop on board.
Please forgive me, I don't normally bother with misspellings but I want you to be able to use search engines here if need be. I corrected a few spellings and miscellaneous in your post. I mean no harm, I simply want you to be in a position to explore when you are able to visit this site.

Thank you pinglover. My typing is not good. Misspellings are common for me.

Actually, your use of the English language is very good regardless of your typing skills or lack thereof. You repeated the misspelling of Sarracenia and misspelled Brocchinia so I figured you were carrying through mistakes which is something I am prone to doing. Then when I go to search for information, I get really frustrated. When I first started, a member named Joseph Clemens went in and took care of my misspellings and I really appreciated it. He's not around much to fix us all up so I did it. You seemed so sincere about your love for the plants that I didn't want anything to stand in your way of going for any information from the web.
I take it Thanksgiving is your favorite holiday?
Looking forward to you being a member of this community.
