I have not seen a single "leaf" on my ceph. Is there a reason for this?

Non-carnivorous leaves to pitchers ratio appears to be very variable. Some clones are more "leafy" than others and it varies with the seasons. From my own observations, most new leaves in spring are non-carnivorous, followed by pitchers over summer and autumn.
Your plant looks fine and healthy. If you are growing it under lights with little or no seasonal variation in conditions, this may be a partial explanation.

Yeah, you would expect to see them as the plant is responding to winterish conditions and early spring. But lookin at the photo, I don't see anything wrong with your plant. On a side note, what kind of leafy moss is growing on the soil. Its like little green sprigs. I have the same kind growing in my soil.
