I want to grow one of them, but only one. I like Inflata a lot because it is a cool flowering utric. But i was wondering how big the thing gets when it flowers.

I'm guessing that U. vulgaris (and, for that matter, U. macrorhiza and U. australis) and U. inflata are comparable in size if grown well.
More important is the dormancy requirement. Of the preceding plants, only U. inflata does not expect a chilly winter dormancy. That could be helpful or an obstacle for you, depending upon your cultivation style.
If you're looking for out-and-out big, you might want to consider U. foliosa. That's the largest species that I've ever seen...

U.inflata is probally smaller then vulgaris because I am growing it only in a 5gal. tank instead of a pool which vulgaris likes

no sorry, I haven't had much luck with aldrovanda and I wouldn't know where to get different forms. I had several strands for a few months but they died eventually.....
