I became curious (this is the kind of detective work I like) so did some quick google work. I haven't found a copy yet but want to make sure--is this is the article reference you're looking for?

One thought--you could write the author directly and ask if a reprint is available. I did a quick search and it looks like he is probably on staff at the Irish National Herbarium, and could probably be contacted through this site: www.botanicgardens.ie/herb/staff.htm

Yes, this is the good article.
It's strange, because M. Cheek and M. Jebb in their Skeletal revision of Nepenthes quoted that paper as "A review..." whereas in other books its title is "An account...".
Anyway.

Yes, M. Jebb works at Dublin.
I will try to contact him.
