It's not a book in of itself, but is located inside of Blumea's Journal of Plant Taxonomy and Plant Geography, Volume 42, No.1, 1997. I am also currently searching for the manuscript. I have sent an e-mail to the National Herbarium of the Netherlands about two day ago, asking for the manuscript. But not replied yet. I need suggestion. Thank you.

Don't know where you from but in The Netherlands most organizations like the herbarium don't work on Saturday and certainly not on Sunday and even (with mandatory 36 hour weeks) Friday afternoon has often a skeleton crew!
So Monday is a lot of sorting out what came in the weekend, priority jobs (back issues or not obvisously)...expect something in a week or so.
