Yes That is the same bird. If you look closely you can see the neck is broken. I wonder what happened.
I looks like from the picture that the P. moranensis x ehlersiae that was in the photo in the book looks like it's been replaced by P. xsethos?

Actually, the parents of Pinguicula 'Sethos' (Hort.Slack) are P. moranensis x P. ehlersiae. There are many plants marketed as P. 'Sethos' or P. 'Weser' that do not meet the published description. If Peter says his plant is P. 'Sethos', I would be surprised if it was not the real deal.

The plant that is in there now could be the same plant as in the picture in the book.
