Do you use or don't? Some people say it is good but I don't know because I have fear that in the coco peat include lot of salt.

I experimented with it for a couple of years, mostly with Dionaea, Drosera, and Sarracenia. I found no advantage and concluded that my plants do much better for me in sphagnum peat.
Concerning salt: I soaked the coir in buckets of water, changing water until the color was nearly clear.
