Anyone else out there having issues with their submissions to cp@omnisterra?
I've had two bounced back to me recently. Here's one of the bounces-
The other bounce back was very similar. To the best of my knowledge, the content of my postings would not be deemed inappropriate. To date, my messages have not been posted and I have not received any notification from a moderator.

Yup, got right in so I'm still a member. Have been for years but have never posted a lot.

Check your mail header. You didn't just hit "reply" without giving a proper email head?
Also, check to make sure that you're mailing in plain text and not html. I don't know if the cp listserve is picky about these things, but I know that some listserves are.

I believe I submitted everything properly... uh oh... maybe I've been blackballed- horrors- just kidding. I'm sure something is amiss. Here's one of the replies I received:
Neither one of my messages has been posted and I have not received notification from a moderator as to why they are not being posted. I'm thinking the moderators are not available right now.

Laura, you might get a hint of the problem if you look at your email header. You should have an option to look at the complete header, not just the abbreviated header that you posted. Or perhaps the subject Videos and DVDs makes it suspicious as a mass spam mailing. Or perhaps you are on the U.S. homeland security watch list and might be visited by black helicopters any moment.

Omnisterra, or rather Cp@ominsterra, is a carnivorous plant mailing list which has been around for donkeys years. It seems a bit quiet about now, but it's free to join and often there is fun or good information sent around!
Leah, if you want to send me a copy of the email you're having problems with I'll have a look at the header. I could also try sending it from my account which might help determine whether it's a server thing or header thing.
It could be maybe rather than the header, the subject is getting flagged. I mean, to me, if I received an email out of the blue with the title "Resource Videos and Dvd's" I would probably think it was spam!
Hope you get it sorted, sounds like an interesting email!

Thanks zpyder, I might have to take you up on your offer here.
Hmmm, Homeland Security? I'll put on a few pots of coffee.
Here's the very first post that was "zapped" by omnisterra's automated system-
I need the pitchers for a few workshops, I had more than enough spent pitchers last year from my own plants but this year I don't.
