What is the best procedure to propagate Drosera hamiltonii from root cuttings?

I don't know if it's the best, but I simply slip the mature/parent plant from its pot, root ball intact. Usually a few roots have grown so they are visible outside the media. I clip these off, then replace the donor plant back into its pot. Then, while keeping the severed root segments moist, I cut them into 3/4 inch pieces. I then spread these pieces on the surface of moist media, as if I were sowing seed. I place the container with the root pieces into a ziploc bag and then under fluorescent lights. In a few weeks, after plantlets have formed on the root pieces, I pot them up individually.
