Hi All, I've been searching online for the past few days looking for the International Pinguicula Study Group, based in England, and I think headed by Phil Wilson. It seems that when I try to go to the website, and his personal website, which I found through googling, it is down, or has been removed. I was hoping to become a member of this society, but maybe it is now defunct? If anyone is a member, or knows what has happened to the society please inform me! Any light on the matter would be appreciated. Thanks, Nick Haywood, 'bluesboy'

I believe the group has been defunct or at least in abeyance for some years. The best source of information and where you may contribute is perhaps Eric Partrat's excellent site "A World of Pinguicula" www.pinguicula.org/

Aidan, as always (unless he's criticizing me), is completely correct on all counts.

I wonder if it is possible to obtain copies of the Study Group's Newsletters. I would be happy to scan them and put PDFs on the ICPS web site (or another site, if more appropriate).

ICPS Bob,
That would be great.
We are sadly lacking in an active group of ping enthusiasts and I would love to become a member of a ping specific club if they produced a regular newsletter.
Eric's website is excellent but it is still awaiting updates for various links promising information in the future such as; germinating seeds etc.
Eric has almost everything anyone could be looking for on pinguicula but it appears he hasn't been able to update it for some time now.
Dave.

Dear Dave,
Well, Eric's page is member supported... If no one is submitting articles there isn't much updating for him to do.
I really like World of Pinguicula, BTW.
