I bought a tropical pitcher plant and I have taken care of it through the summer months, and I have watched it grow. I live south of Atlanta Georgia and from what I understand I live in a subtropic climate. My question is how you would take care of the plant during the fall and winter months? Should I bring it inside the house being fall is about to begin? What would be the next step once the plant is brought inside? What actions should I take then? It would be of much help if you could help me with these questions.

Yes of course, in USA only the most southern Miani region and Hawaii may keep nepenthes outside year round, everywhere else you need to take them to a bright window where they get sun inside the house so they don't freeze. Or set up a whole terrarium with lights and other equipment to keep it permanently inside.
