I have it in a 18 x 18 x 18 exoterra glass terrarium with the top covered and it recievecs only afternoon sun. Temperatures during the day up to 80 degrees F then around 65 degrees F at night plus a humidifier to increase humidity if needed. The screen top is 90% covered. Is this good?

What soil and size pot are you growing it in? How large is the plant? How long have you had it?

i am actually not pot growing it. I covered the bottom of the tank with an inch of gravel. Then a mixture of sphagnum, bark, and perlite was added which was 2 inches of soil. I just got it from California Carnivores. Something like two weeks ago.

Hi Sarralover:
My only concern regarding your set up is the fact that the roots have no drainage system, unless the tank has a hole where to drain the excess water. Lowlanders can grow well in stagnant water, at least the ones i have grown in the past, not highlanders. Please check the roots and write again. Thanks
Gus

i took out all the soil and gravel. i am now using the normal potting method. This should be better for my plants.
