Hello, all.
I'm not a particularly dedicated grower, and the number of plants I have varies based on how prolific my Drosera have been the past year. I got started with a Sarracenia alata in a 3" pot that I bought on a whim as a housewarming present for a friend. Before I gave it to him, I realized that the specialized care it required made it a terrible gift and kept it for myself. Besides, it was too awesome to give away. I've had it for around 10 years now, it's in a 30 gallon pot, and currently has over 75 flowers on it. I also have Drosera capensis and Drosera binata, both of which were volunteers in the Sarracenia pot. Who knew you could get an entire hobby from one purchase?
Anyway, glad to be here amongst fellow carnivorous plant growers.
