First of all I decided to grow my Neps on my windowsill because it would be easier. I HAD one east facing window but now its covered up due to sleeping problems. I have 2 south facing windows, both with a roof overhang and I was wondering if that would cause big problems?

Not as long as the plant still gets decent light. Doesn't everyone's roof overhang a little?
You might be able to grow it outside.

I certain that i can make it live outside but the chances of pitchering are low because during the day its 30% humdidity and i have to use more water because my area gets tons of sun. Also theres always some frost occuring.

I've grown neps outside during the summer here. Think 100+° every day, with humidity no higher than 30% and usually about 15%. I get pitchers, but they're not as big as they would be in higher humidity
