I was wondering if i could store N. viking seeds in the fridge for two weeks because i heard this could kill lowland seed

ive never really tried nep seed but from the sounds of what i have read i wouldnt

It takes Nepenthes about six weeks to germinate... Why not just sow them? Keeping them dry and at room temperature is how I "store" Nepenthes seed, but from all I have heard, the germination rate falls dramatically the longer you wait to sow them, so I do not "store" them for long. The short shelf life would seem to be accurate from my experience as well... If you know you are not going to sow them for a couple of months, you should probably put them it in refrigerator though, as this will slow the aging of the seed.
Good luck, that is a fairly rare species in the wild. Glad to hear it is doing so well in cultivation.
