Dear all, as already indicated in a post some days ago, it is not always the case that seedlings from one batch of hybrid seeds are more or less looking the same. Here are pictures I had in mind when making that statement. About a week ago another new hybrid started to flower. In this case I had obtained two seedlings from this cross. This was the first flower to open: I have to admit that I was somewhat disappointed as I was hoping for an orange flower or at least some pale orange. I did not expect that creamy colour. A few days later plant number 2 started to flower. Unfortunately, I only saw the flower nearly closed in the evening, but it was orange! So I kept waiting for the next flowers to open. Here they are: The first plant again with its 2nd flower: seedling number 2: Both flowers from different angles side by side on monday: This is what the plants currently look like: Not really the most impressive plants at the moment. However, the next generation is looking great already: I hope you like them! Dieter

I don't know, I kind of like the creamy pink.... but the orange one is definitely a stunner! I'd love to have a pot full of those flowering all at once....
