The Cultivar of the Nepenthes lowii x ventricosa "Red" crossed by Exotica Plants and acquired from Tony Paroubek of Exotic Plants Plus named by Matthew M. Kaelin as Nepenthes 'The Succubus' The description is published in the ICPS newsletter Volume 42, Number 1, March 2013 seen here: Nepenthes 'The Succubus'These are the photographs taken from when I first received the cutting from Tony through to the registration of the cultivar with the ICPS

I received the rooted cutting in I think March 2007, the photos lead up to the ICPS conference in August 2012. The photos are mostly chronological, I may have mis-arranged a couple of them. All the same, not bad for just over 5 years of cultivation from little cutting to vining, multi growth-point large plant, it's a good strong-growing plant!

Thoroughly impressed. I'd seen the pics in the cultivar description, but seeing how it transitions over the years makes me so much more want to grow one of these!
