Im curious as to know what lightnlub should I use for my plants. Should I use Soft White, Natural Daylight, etc?

I use cool white seems to work best for me

From what I have read, cool whites (6500k) are the most reccommended in aquariums, and I do use them for seed germination, they do work, and also I have read that warm yellow lights (3500k aprox) are the most used here when wanting to get red coloration on plants.

We use cool white fluorescent tubes for TC and seed germination (62 μmol m-2 s-1 PPFD).
