I am having a problem with my n. ventricosa. when ever a new pitcher is formed the lid curls and the pitchers die. the pitchers also have an odd brown ring around them as well. the plant is still a small plant with pitchers about 1 inch high. the plant is grown in 20,000 lummens of grow light and uses the tray method. Does anyone know what the problem might be?

I don't have the most experience but it sounds like they need more humidity. Those powerful lights could be drying the pitchers out. I would try moving them farther from the lights, either to the side or by raising the lights, if that is possible and try to add humidity with a large tray of water nearby, again if that would work in your setup. I group a lot of plants together in a standard plant tray and I think the humidity is helped as a result. Good Luck, Bud
