Hi everyone I am working a year now in the Nat. Botanical garden here in Belgium and I have the pleasure ... or hell to maintain the collection of CP's. The collection of Nepenthes is not impressive but we have some nice hybrids. The bad thing is ( to me ) we have plants with wrong etiquettes for sure. First bit mistake is the plant below named N. singalana. To me it is really not that and it rather looks like N. diatas, but it have not the teeths at the back of the throat like with N diatas. Next one is named N. kampotiana but according from pics on the CP photofinder really not what it is named like. Another big mistake is named N. x hookeriana. Seen in nature and really do not looks like it once again. I forgot to take a picture of the plant, comming soon !! And last N. khasiana. The plants of N kampotiana, N hookeriana and N. khasiana looks rather to me like N. x coccinea or some kind of close hybrid. here it is I really not know what to do with those plant names. Any suggestions are always welcome. Some other doubtfull plants will be posted soon. You can check our Nepenthes list here: www.br.fgov.be/RESEARCH/COLLECTIONS/LIVING/LIVCOL/lp-qry01.php?query_plt=nepenthes&query_ori=&query_sou=&query_acc=Maybe one of you will find an according name but I unfortunatelly do not find it. Already a big thanks to all incomming help and advice!!

The first plant looks rather like N. vieillardii and the other two look like the same clone of N. x stewartii 'Coccinea'

I can't help with the first, but the second and last plants look like x 'coccinea,' and the 3rd pic looks like x outramiana.

Hi Teinkes,
The first one is DEFINITELY N. vieillardii, a nicely grown specimen too. The others look indeed like old Victorian hybrids involving N. mirabilis. I can stop by your Botanical Garden (I live in Lille (Rijsel) just about one hour from Brussels) and I can help to identify most of your carnivorous plants, especilly Nepenthes :-)
François (Sockhom) Mey.
( I think we just met in Nancy- you gave some advices about that peatbog ;-)
