Nice find, Ryan. It seems that you have something there. How's the population of these plants? Do you think they're a healthy population? I'm sorry though, I can't help you with the identification.

I sent Volker a message and this is what he replied: That plant has been discussed briefly on my forum about 1-2 years ago. Wally or someone else should be working on describing it as a new species (not sure why it takes them years), while it is obviously closely related to N. burkei and sibuyanensis.
@ alfdc: There were I think around fifty plants on the area.

oh, good you've asked the right person. The possibility that there are still so many species that remain to be discovered is just so exciting! Congratulations again on your find! I hope you can post in situ pics that way I'll feel like I've also been there already.
