hello all! I am looking for info on what foods are available for Utrics in the wild. I am currently culturing some common water borne organisms, and that is good for the aqautic species, but I want to supplement my terrestrials as well. Thanks for any help here folks.

You should be a bit more specific about habitat and species. Utricularia grow from high alpine to tropical and from epiphytic to aquatic. Trap size varies from near microscopic to huge. Each species likely has a unique suite of target prey.

And that is where the rub lies....I have many different types of Utric's. I was hoping to come up with a general "good for all", but alas, that may just be a pipe dream eh? I,m sure my rain barrels have some living "bugs" and that is what I have been using. Just wanting to up the opportinity for the plants to feed.
