I have got a Sarracenia x Readii, and it has developed a tall flower stalk, with 2 seprate flower buds developing from it. Is this normal?

Just a freak mutation. I often have sundew flower stalks that will split into 2 or 3.

That's one weird growth Aidan. Here's one with the stigmas on the bottom of the calyx. Attachments:

There were no stigmas on the inside of the calyx but were on the tips of these weird growths. Wonder if these abnormalities occur in the wild or just greenhouses? Attachments:
