I have some Sarracenia in a mini bog in the backyard. They are in a mixture of peat and sand. They are growing rather well. My question is that I have dozens of mud daubers (dirt daubers) that fly around them and go inside them but then come back out. Are those immune to the "attractant" in the plants? The other question I have is I have a D. Capensis. Seems every time I put it in the sunlight it almost dies. Are these best in just bright light like on my porch? The D.Capensis is also planted in the same mixture as the Sarracenia.

If you move your D. capensis from the shade (or house) to direct sun (or outside) it likely is getting burned. Whenever you change conditions, it is best to do it slowly over several days or weeks so the plant can adjust to the new conditions. I grow my D. capensis outside in direct sun with no problem. Your peat and sand mix should be OK for both Drosera and Sarracenia.
I don't know anything about mud daubers. Perhaps they can navigate the perils of Sarracenia pitchers.
