I am very new to CP's, my green thumb is still in the dirt as a matter of fact! But I purchased some plants and the insert that came with them called them Yellow Butterworts. That was the extent of plant info other than the basic "how to grow" instructions. After trying to research them, nothing I've found for Butterworts have the word yellow anywhere.
I am very nervous not knowing exactly what they are because I don't want to kill them. Can anyone help?
Also, since it is summer time in Colorado I don't want to put the plants outside. It has been so hot lately I don't want to scorch them. However, the house I currently live in is like an ice box due to my roommates need for extreme air conditioning. So far the plants seem fine (except for one that didn't look too good when I bought it.) Would it be in their best interest for me to set up a tank? I found a 10 gallon aquarium kit at Wal-Mart that included a light fixture. I did some research and found some sort of 'grow light' for that fixture that is 15 watts. Is that a good idea?
Thanks in advance for any input!
