I have some questions on the Drosera capensis. Now, I was wondering, how "easy" is it to grow? Most articles I've read on the Internet say this plant is easy to grow. Also, what's the general lifespan on the Drosera capensis(if it is grown properly, of course). Lastly, (this is more of a general question, but might as well ask it) where can I buy peat moss? Is it recommended to buy peat moss at a store(I doubt it, but hey, I'm here to learn)? Should I buy it off of the Internet? I thank you in advance for any answers to my questions.

Firstly, peat is available from most retail nurseries. D.Capensis will live for at least ten or fifteen years or more. You may need to cut off the top of the plant when the stem gets too long. they sometimes need to be renewed this way, but will always return from the roots. They are extremely easy to grow. Probably the easiest of all Carnivorous plants.

Nice, thank you Peter!
Also, I have one more question. What kind of sand should I buy and where am I most likely to find it? I'm pretty sure any old regular hardware store must carry the sand that you recommend, but I need to know what you(or any other member) recommend.

You can get river sand from a nursery, but i recommend washing it and rinsing a few times before using. once the run off water is almost clear it is ready to use.
