My flytrap is turning red. I hear this is a sign that its getting enough light. Does it turning red mean Im doing good? The outside of the traps are turning red in addition to the inside, and theres some red on the leaves too.

It depends a lot on the variety of Dionaea you have, but... yes, if you are getting red on the petioles which is the structure that holds the trap, the lighting is good. Maybe post a picture of your plant, and we can tell you how it is doing.
