Hello Friends,
Happy Spring to All!
We hope your collections are beginning to wake up and thrive as we bolster headlong into this new year.
Since 1972, the ICPS has been an integral part of carnivorous plant conservation, education and research. One of our most exciting goals for 2010 is to expand conservational and educational efforts on more of an international level, thus truly filling the shoes of an International Society.
Therefore, we'd love to hear about legitimate and provable conservational efforts that may be planned or occurring within international CP Societies and Organizations as well. We truly believe that by forming more of a worldwide "grid" of CP enthusiasts, conservationists and aficionados, we come just that much closer to bringing conservation and education from conscious thought...to a visible reality, even in these tough times!
Feel free to contact me directly with any legitimate international efforts or projects that you may know of for ICPS Board review at;

The ICPS always has open ears to hear!
Happy Growing,
Brian Barnes, ICPS Director of Conservation. President/The Florida Carnivorous Plant Society.
