I have a N. bicalcarata female that is just starting to open flowers. I have some saved pollen and some male flowers that should also begin to open at about the same time. What is the best timing for pollen application after flower opening to attempt to maximize fertilization? I assume multiple pollination may also be helpful?

the neat thing about nepenthes flowers is that if u have 2 types of pollen u can use both of them and make 2 different hybrids. say that u had alata and ventricosa pollen and u used both of their pollen and labelled them u could have N. bicalcarata x alata and N. bicalcarata x ventricosa, even though alata and ventricosa are both highlanders and bicalcarata is lowland. i hope this info is helpful.
good growing, ieat100s
