Hi All I just ordered a nepenthes madagascariensis and I was wondering if anyone had any helth tips for them. I have a nep ampullaria and a gracilis. should I treet them the same? I heard that I should not water them as mutch but the should the humidity and the temp still be the same?
thanks ieatflys

Yes, I found mind to do best in very hot humid weather. For 3 years I had them growing in a highland atmosphere and they did nothing, now they are really growing and pitchering.

ieatflys who's gona get mad if I ask questions on their topic? If there's a burning question I'll ask it on anyone s thread as long as the question pertains to that topic. That's what you should do instead of posting a new thread right?

Alex even really old threads need to be revived if informative and related to your new question.
ieat100s I believe it is but I'm just going by other pictures I have seen. I am however beginning to think my plant(from lowes) is also N. madagascariensis although I have been told it could also be ventrata.

maybe if u could post a photo we could see the differences, as in how much the pitchers look alike.
