The true hardcore on here (most of us) read 3 or 4 forums on CP plants, monitor e-bay and 5 or 10 online stores, just fwiw. It's cool to give a heads up to folks, but in the long run a large majority of items on e-bay are sold by people on these CP forums. You'll find there is consistently seed available, and much of it overseas. BE CAREFUL and as informed as possible when purchasing Nepenthes plants or seeds from overseas. You can get in much trouble. All nepenthes are endangered and on the CITES list. Here's a thread about my fiasco purchasing from Thailand and a reputable dealer at that; icps.proboards.com/index.cgi?board=nepenthes&action=display&thread=2420&page=1

Not trying to scare you. I received my plants without issue. I still lost sleep. Just thought you would like to know.

My luck with seeds on Ebay has been horrible! Other nep seeds I have acquired from other sources have done great! I have never gotten ANY Ebay seeds to grow. Maybe others have different stories.

Since you don't suggest e-bay, where do you suggest?

I've had no more and or less problems with ebay seeds than any other seeds. You get good and bad batches from everywhere/anywhere.
