After killing several venus fly traps in my youth I have been encouraged to expand my interest because I have managed to keep one alive for more then a year.

I enjoy the plants and I also enjoy the kind of enthusiastic discussions I have with others interested in these plants.

Hello and welcome Brian. I kill my fair share too but have a few I've managed to keep alive for a few years myself. Couple of steps backwards at times but a few steps forward at other times. It's all forward momentum so pat yourself on the back for hitting the one year milestone!

lol i also have managed to kill a couple of carnivorous plant also but you can only suceed through failure ...... by the way i have found that untricularia tend to be pretty easy ...good luck!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
