Hey Bob, I just read the September issue via PDF...Great issue! At first I began entertaining the idea to travel there in late Fall. After some consideration, it looks like I won't be going to Cuba to see their wonderful Pinguicula though, even though it's just a few hundred miles south of where I am. Too many permits and necessary documentation just to be able to photograph them. Unbelievable!
But, on the brighter side, I guess we know they'll be safe and unpoached....hopefully. Hey, maybe a few will wash up on the shore here in south Florida if I'm lucky! ;D ;D Happy Growing, Brian.

I know what you mean, Brian. Cuba was on my very short list of travel destinations, but then I got Paul's manuscript in draft form and I changed my mind!
