My humidity level is around 80% in my terrarium. There is a CPU fan maintaining constant circulation. A white fuzzy fungus(?) has recently taken residence on the surface of the substrate around my cephalotus. What can I do to treat and prevent this? If I make a humidity change it will drop down to about 65%, which seems like it would be a shock to the plants.

I think I've solved my own problem. I tried the humidity decrease and nearly killed my pings overnight. So I found a posting on this site for the same (or similar) issue. I've applied the h.peroxide and temporarily eliminated the issue. I am letting the soil in that specific pot dry up a bit. Hope!

This may be the same fungus that may be devouring my sprouting Dionaea seeds... I've got a soda-bottle terrarium at very high humidity as well... (as a newbie, I'm afraid I can't be accurate/specific about how "high")
I've tilted the bottles/covers open for the past few days to provide some circulation in the hopes that it will help, but I'd be curious to hear more about the H. Peroxide treatment... (I'll do a posting search first.)
(Of course, I could just be WAY off...)
