Another Aroid for your delectation. Lettuce anyone? Edit:18th January 2009 Since posting this I have done a little checking on this species as I have not seen it listed elsewhere. Arisaema wilsonii appears to be a synonym of Arisaema elephas and as this example does not look to me like A. elephas it remains a mystery. Watch this space for the next gripping installment. ;D Edit 22nd January 2009. www.bulbsociety.org/GALLERY_OF_THE_WORLDS_BULBS/GRAPHICS/Arisaema/Arisaema_wilsonii/Arisaema_wilsonii.htmlNow that looks closer to mine but a lot darker and the flower/inflorescence is held a lot higher.... he/she is also not sure of identification. Anyone else care for a stab at a name? This is turning out to be an interesting 'lettuce' 11th April 2009 I received mail today identifying this as Arisaema asperatum. On checking I would indeed concur.
