There is an extremely large chance the family will move to Oregon to Coquille by Coosbay. Here is the average year weather pattern: www.city-data.com/city/Coquille-Oregon.html (Scroll down) Would it work there for a temperate sundew, saracenia ,dionea and butterworts garden if shielded from the evening sun? Or will it probably not work there?

It would work very well. I would say go for it, and observe the results and post them. And, full sun all around! The evening sun won't hurt a thing.

Bugweed said it all. An outdoor bog would be perfect. I live a bit south of you in Arcata, California, almost the exact same climate -- although we are a few degrees cooler in summer and a few degrees warmer in winter. Compare www.city-data.com/city/Arcata-California.html

They are not going to backout because thay are buying the house for there daughter and the daughters husband(she has a baby due). So we are moving in about a month when the house closes,I am going to get a large coldframe greenhouse to grow vegis for my mom and I could section a small place of for some Carnivoruous plants. ;D
