T What are you doing to our lovely Drosera? Is this competion for another form of upright tuberous. Reminds me of the leaning tower of Pisa. P

Funny, on another forum the comparison to the leaning tower was also made.
Not an intentional "mutation" and likely not stable. This is an artifact of TC culture of this plant. In TC they don't go dormant so they just keep piling leaves upon themselves. Largest one to date (done just to see how tall it would go) was about 10cm.
Not sure if these will adapt to ex-vitro culture but I am hopeful as all other tuberous have been easy for me. Almost certain that once it goes down it'll come back as a typical rosette plant.
Still, fun to see it like this now.
